Evangelist Billy Graham returned to his home in Montreat, N.C., Thursday, after a two-day stay at Mission Hospital in nearby Asheville, N.C.
The beloved evangelist was admitted on Tuesday for pulmonary-related tests and observation, according to hospital officials.
“Mr. Graham was alert and in good spirits during his stay,” Dr. William R. Hathaway, chief medical officer at Mission Hospital, said. “We are pleased with the results of Mr. Graham’s evaluation.”
Graham celebrated his 95th birthday on Nov. 7 and recently presented what some believe to be his final message “My Hope America,” which aired this month on some 500 stations across the nation.
